Tips & tricks for Group Travel

Group travel is great fun for a variety of reasons, but mainly because we know traveling with friends, classmates, like-minded people and loved ones. This is the best way to make memories to last a lifetime. However, group travel can occasionally get tricky if you don’t go about it the right way — so let us share some tips to make group travel fun!

Planning a trip can be stressful in and of itself. Adding a few extra people into the mix makes group travel planning all the more stressful. But it doesn’t have to be. This is your vacation after all, and you shouldn’t need a vacation from your vacation. Thus, I’m sharing my tips for group travel planning, so that your trip can be stress-free.

First the planning

  • Discuss your plan in-depth before the final booking with each other and your travel consultant. Be sure everyone is in agreement on where to visit, where to stay and what the budget will be like, otherwise there are bound to be challenges.
Group travel should provide discounts. So gather up all your closest friends and save big on the trip of a lifetime.
  • Stay organized and informed. Keep your group updated with any changes made so that you’re all on the same page once the trip begins.
Don’t over plan! It’s crucial to include some extra time for transportation, little hold-ups, and most importantly, relaxation! Plan an hour longer than you thought you’d need at the beach, or push back the start of your day to sleep in just a tad longer, and you’ll stay happy and rested.
  • Communicate. Not only with your group, but with your travel consultant. Choose a travel consultant who can be contacted during your travel.
Then the Traveling
  • Meet daily (best in the evenings) to confirm the next day’s activities.
  • Try to to everything together as a group.
  • But, understand that sometimes, companions may not be well and need to take time out to rest.
  • Help each other – work to your strengths!
  • Take photographs and share with companions – you might get more photos of your travels!
  • Seek advice from Tour Leaders and Local Guides when in unfamiliar places.
  • Try to stop at appropriate times for meals, snacks etc. Share meals if that is appropriate – and you will get to enjoy more dishes!

Above all have fun and create the memories that will last a lifetime!

How to avoid missing a flight

  1. Check in online: – This is an amazing facility to save your time while traveling. It doesn’t matter which airline you are using to travel, just use online web check in service to save your time. You can also have some more cool benefits of doing web check in. Best thing part of this service is, it’s completely free for passengers. You don’t need to pay extra bucks to avail this facility.
  2. Arrive early: – It’s always a good habit to arrive early than getting late. You can use your time at airport shops to explore stuff than burning your blood on roads to catch your flight. I would always advise everyone to drive safe but if you are in hurry then you might not drive safe. So always take care of your time if you have a flight to board. Reaching early won’t harm you.
  3. Weight your baggage at home: – By doing this, you can save your time while doing luggage check in. It will also help you to avoid paying extra bucks for extra luggage. It really hurts when you have to pay extra money for little extra weight.

SpiceJet airlines ‘No Runway’ policy may boost PM Modi’s ambitious plan

Spicejet airlines is all set to boost the budget airline section with a massive boost in its budget airline services. The company is ready to dive into “No runway policy” very soon. It will boost their budget airline section massively. The airlines wants to open up the third-biggest aviation market not only in India but they are aiming for even more. Spicejet is aiming to create a platform for billions of Indians who’ve never flown before. Reason of not flying could be anything. Either because their pocket doesn’t allow it or the functional airport is far from their reach.

Recently Spicejet airlines shocked the aviation industry by a giant deal of approx $400 millions. According to the news Spicjet purchased over 100 amphibian planes from Japan’s company Setouchi Holdings Inc.” These planes are capable in landing anywhere. They can land on water, they can land on gravel or they can also land in an open field. Amphibious Kodiak planes can seat either 10 or 14 people and is capable of taking off or landing on a 300-meter strip of water or land. Additionally it has a range of 1,000 kilometers (that’s about distance between Mumbai and Bengaluru). Isn’t it amazing? This deal is going to fulfill Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ambition of connecting nation by air.

Almost every airline company invests a lot in airport maintenance. It includes infrastructure, runways, terminal, control towers and service maintenance. It takes a lot of efforts and money to do so. After the recent deal of amphibian planes, Spicejet is going to lower such problems. It can make a big difference in services and their individual profits.

In the year of 2015-2016, Indian airlines served over 100 million domestic passengers. This makes India the third largest market in aviation after USA & China.
